Frequently Asked Questions

We work with a powerful breath technique combined with guided somatic touch. While the breathwork can be intense, you are always in control of your experience — the "volume control" is how deeply and quickly you breathe. If the experience feels too strong, simply slow the breath down to regulate it.
If you have experience with Reiki, meditation, yoga or other spiritual practices, that can be helpful — but you can also come as a total newbie. Everything is guided step-by-step, and all you need to do is follow along. Everyone is welcome.
No. During the training, I will be guiding, and I will have an assistant there — both of us fully clothed. We'll guide you into tantric connection with your body, and some practices will involve you touching your body (and awakening your energy body) in a conscious and intentional way. Nothing explicit is shown on screen, because in tantra we can experience blissful states whilst fully clothed! We work with the sexual life force current we all carry — in a sacred and embodied way.
You are welcome to join us on camera at the start of the Live, but only if you feel comfortable with that. During the tantric embodiment journey we recommend you switch your camera off so you feel fully safe and free to be natural.
Many participants begin feeling powerful shifts within the first 15–20 minutes of activation. Others take longer — sometimes 45 to 60 minutes — depending on sensitivity and how long numbness has been present. Both are completely natural. Trust the process and just follow with the guidance as best you can.
This is not talk therapy. We work somatically and energetically — through breath, movement, sensation, and embodied awareness — where these imprints are often held in the body.
Yes — you are encouraged to join us Live if you can — it will be a powerful group field that will support the tantric healing process.
Yes. A replay will be available within 24 hours of the live session. It will remain available for 2 weeks after the event. Prioritize watching within that window to ensure you receive the full experience.
Yes, absolutely. You can journey together side by side, each in your own healing process, so you both have a powerful experience at the same time. Afterwards you might want to share about your experience, or go into lovemaking if that feels right.
Yes. This experience is super powerful as a solo journey – you don't need a partner to join us.
Yes. You can journey together with a friend, so long as you are both open to dropping into breath, sound and energy activation whilst in the same space.
Sound is invited at some stages of the journey but is always optional. If sound isn't possible for any reason, breath and touch are enough to keep moving the energy.

We don't run this live activation often.
